Every day thousands of men and women look in the mirror and see a fat image looking back at them.
Sadly, the image they see is not reality. They have an eating disorder that causes them to see themselves
as fat when they are not. Eating disorders affect millions of people, thousands of whom will die every
year. The good news is, treatment is available. No one has to be a prisoner of their eating disorder.
Recovery takes time and a lot of hard work, but it is obtainable. And when you finally master it, you will
discover that you are stronger than you thought you were. You can be free of eating disorders and you
can learn to love yourself again. The next time you look in the mirror after recovery, you can say
"I'm OK, I'm not fat, and I am wonderful."
